Chronicles of a HeadCase

Take a breath and start with a thought. See all the connections to this thought. Pay attention to the links that are picked. Where and why this thought transpired, scurrying through your mental playground. How much further can this thought connect to all that you know? It is all related and not. Jumping from one thought to the next, understanding the course that it takes. Then there is the door that is knocked, one that you may not intend to be disturbed. Consciously or not, that door is circumvented… you say leave my bones in my closet and pray that the attic will not collapse. That’s it. That’s the infection. It is in, behind the heavy door. The rapture of breath is audible from the beast that resides within. It awakes from your awareness and it has grown strong from being locked up for so long. Can u face this animal that wants to be you?  It wishes to drive its infection up your spine that all the hurt and anger may back-draft till the final ounce of pain has been corrected. This poor little piece of you fallen from your grace, driven to madness and depression from neglecting from you. Take control and take a hold, for if the beast gets loose it will consume you all. Let it out and make amends, let yourself accept its imperfect logic to break down the layers that throw you off… the core of the beast itself is a wounded you. It has been put aside to be felt another stronger day, but leaving it open has infected it with more pain and ugliness. Lay to rest this viral embodiment, let its fear be a part of you once more, that you may both live in full and the beast may finally be at peace. Time heals all wounds, if you let it. Now exhale.
