To tear down the Gods

Gods2_4 So great, so wonderful. Yet not alone, the gods stand amongst and above us. Why did we pull them down with hungry love? Only to be the mirth of the cynical cycles of our prison. Freedom is but an eternity of thoughts away, and to swim this sea, my mind will be washed of thirst. The titans and the omnipotent, will wither from their power… not knowing that like us they are lost, and swept in this dream. The dream is the demon, and all of us are lost in the maze of greatnesss and pain. I see that I am the fire that burns in the demons that we all hide, hindering ourselves to be further lost in this ferris wheel of fortune. Don’t the rest of you see that we are the dream, and the dream is our creation, and in its creation we are formed and trapped into the mindless agony of meaning and its pointlessness. Wake up!!! you scream, but how can you open my eyes when you are sleeping just like me? how can I take you to shore when we are both drowning in this endless sea? In the clouds of heavens, the compassion of loving thyself is wisdom when you see that thyself is all and none. We are gods and demons… roles of this stage, so simple to see but our minds, so limitless, gets lost in its character of the role of the show and of the crow. So much fear to bear when all you know is naught and all we feel does not exist. Why does the cycle entangle our minds, and enslave our will, this will to power does not help when that power like our will is but a figment of the dream. These vines stem from my mind and recoils itself into the endless churning of the dream… until I am ready to step into the journey and because I have realized its nature, the yellow brick road will always beckon and ruin my blissful ignorance. So i drown my dreams with more dreams, and still the realization bothers me like a nudge from the somewhere outside of my nightmare. so… how long can i ignore the alarm, telling me its time to get to wherever it is that it calls afar… so the gods and demons may test and tear me apart to reveal what worthiness I may possess.
