Seven Years (Poem)
by HeadCase on Apr.05, 2005, under Philosophical
(This was written sometime in 2001 i think)
Seven years of idle dreamin’,
Seven days of wasting away;
Someone told me, Somewhere in time,
I might just find myself,
and a place to hide;
Seven years upon a time,
(for) Seven days i heard you say;
that only love, does last like wine;
and its only been forever,
that i could remember,
you told me somewhere in time,
i will find myself, in me;
so justified! these reasons,
and the love that you related;
cause theres a lil’ piece of me in you,
that glitter dust of nice illusions;
(and) cause i found a lil’ piece of you,
in me, now i know,
why i’m lost in you forever.
